For 33 years I smoked. Using hypnosis, realizing I had nothing to fear, that it was a disgusting habit and rubbed against one of my core values - I stopped.
A program is something you start and finish. Programs help you believe in an outcome, and that you'll "graduate." Our culture is overwhelmed with "12-steps to Achieve Anything Programs." I get it. I, too, move away from formulas and programs.
This isn't tied to a "next-step" anything. It works because my sessions are personal, and my hypnosis scripts are personal. Sessions are about imagining yourself as a non-smoker, sessions are recorded, downloaded and exchanged so that you can use the recordings for your own self-change.
Here's a description of my smoking cessation program based on: a) nothing to fear, b) being sick and tired - and tied to a filthy habit and c) the power to stop - figuring out what your core value is?
I look forward to working with you,
Your steps are about returning to breathing as a non-smoker,
Remember, there was a time before when you were already a non smoker.
